If you want to get into River Ranch to ride ATV's , to go hunting or just to
pull a camper in & stay a few days,
you will need to buy a piece of land in
River Ranch Acres to get a deed to a property.
Buying one of these properties
will get you a deeded ownership of land in River Ranch that you can build a
camp on & leave a camper on it.
When you get a deed in River Ranch Acres Camping Section the land is
yours, you own it!
You will have to pay the yearly property taxes less than $20 a year.
You will also still have to pay your membership to the RRPOA evey year to
get into to River Ranch.
When
you get your deed in hand you can then go to the RRPOA main gate entrance to
start your yearly membership (cost $145).

Acre property can have up to 2 names or 2 married couple's
on a deed.
A Contract can be sent to you before any down payment and is paid.
You will be required to provide the name and/or names in which you want the property to be placed in,

The buyer will be responsible for all taxes due and association fees and assessments from the date of the closing of the Contract.

Survey of property shows the SW and SE corners of lot RR1327 the NW and NE corners are lot RR1308.
The property was split in half since the survey was done.
If you want to get pins on property corners across the trail a new survey will be needed.
