I will meet you at River Ranch.
Upon receipt of full payment we will have a
signed paid in full contract and a copy of a notarized deed that
will you will take to the front gate to buy your year membership for
$155.00
I will walk your deed into the County Courthouse Monday-Friday to record the deed.
I will then email you a recorded copy of the deed.
A Contract will be emailed to you after you provide the name and/or names in which you want the property to be placed in, your address, telephone number and e-mail address. The buyer will be responsible for all taxes due and association fees and assessments from the date of the closing of the Contract. Taxes are Paid in Full!
